About product sales

Product delivery time

We usually ship within one week after receiving your payment.
However, there may be delays if the item is out of stock or during busy periods.
The delivery method will be via delivery process (major shipping companies or post office).

If your order includes a "pre-order item",
Shipping arrangements will be made based on the "last item in stock."
If you would like to have your pre-ordered items and ready-to-ship items shipped separately,

Handling of defective products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrectly shipped product, we will promptly replace it free of charge.

Returns Policy


◆We cannot accept returns in the following cases.

・Products with the product labels and tags removed at the time of delivery
